Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • In the original packaging.
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@thecoocooclub.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll replace the item or issue a refund.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective on arrival.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
